Cruise & BBQ Return

To celebrate our 20th anniversary we will be having a CRUISE and BBQ on Saturday, May 16, 2020. More Cruise & BBQ information will be available soon, however, space is limited for the BBQ so get your tickets early. Cruise is free, TRI-TIP BBQ Dinner $15.00 per person and is available for Show Entrants Only.

Show Car Photo Display

Entrants can showcase their vehicles in the 20th Anniversary Commemorative Program with a photo display ad. 20,000 printed programs will be distributed for free to event participants and attendees. A percentage of ad fees will be donated to local charities.

Check Payment by Mail Only

We are no longer accepting payments by check on our online registration. If you would like to pay by a check, please print out an Entry Form and send in via US Mail. As always, instant Registration is available by PayPal account or credit card.

Group Parking Changes

For those that are interested in parking with others, all entries must come in at the same time as in years past. Your Group Parking Placement will be based on the DATE of the LAST Group Members Entry Form and when it was received.

  REGISTRATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
⋅ Registration opens February 1st and the cost to enter your vehicle is $49.00 which includes an event t-shirt
⋅ Registration closes May 10th, those interested in entering a vehicle after this date will be handled as a Day of Show entry

⋅ We no longer accept check payments online. To pay by check, please print and mail the Entry Form
⋅ Entry forms may also be picked up at Larry’s 8 Day Auto Parts, 5855 Hollister Ave, Goleta
⋅ All vehicles must go through check in
⋅ Check in begins at 6:30 am and closes at 8:30 am sharp. Location TBD
⋅ All vehicles must be parked in their assigned space or it will not be judged
⋅ Vehicles cannot be started or moved for any reason

DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES
⋅ Fee $55.00 and based on first come first served
⋅ Day of Show entries will not be assigned a space and parked until 9:00am
⋅ Day of Show entries will not be judged

TRAILER PARKING
⋅ Located on West Victoria between De La Vina & Chapala at the Spencer Adam Park & Davis Recreation Center. Click here to see the Trailer Parking Map. We also have a small amount of trailer parking on Ortega Street between State and Chapala.

 

  GROUP PARKING
⋅ For those that are interested in parking with others, all entries must come in at the same time as in years past. You must include a main contact, and the full names of those in your group. We will do our best to place all group members together, however just writing “Mike” or “Joe” is not ample information. Your Group Parking Placement will be based on the DATE of the LAST Group Members Entry and when it was received. Meaning, if you have four in your group, and three entries are received in February, and your last group member is received in April, all entries will be seen as they ere received in April.

 

  JUDGING
⋅ If you have registered prior to the close date and parked in the space that you were assigned in, you will be judged. We have multiple judging teams that judge numerous categories. Your judge will place a small round sticker on your headlight after the judging of your vehicle is completed. Remember the vehicle parked next to you might have a different judge, so don’t worry if they did not judge your vehicle

 

  EVENT CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
⋅ All vehicles must go through check in
⋅ Sunday morning show check-in begins at 6:30 am and ends sharply at 8:30 am. Absolutely no entries will be allowed in after 8:30 am
⋅ We understand the unfortunate need to change your vehicle prior to the show, we will be able to accommodate that where your vehicles will still be in a judged classification, if the change is made before Thursday, May 14th, no later than 5:00 pm. Any changes after 5:00 pm, on the 14th will be allowed, however they will not be judged
