2018 Registration

Sunday, May 20, 2018     9:00 am – 4:00 pm


Pre-Registration opens January 1, 2018. Entries are accepted either via our website and pay pal or by printing an entry form and dropping it in the mail with your check. Pre-Registration closes May 14, 2018. You could also pick up an entry form at Larry’s 8 Day Auto Parts, 5855 Hollister Ave, Goleta.


Day of Show entries are based on first come first served. Day of Show registration opens at 6:30 and closed at 8:30. All Day of Show vehicles WILL NOT be parked until 9:00 am and they WILL NOT BE JUDGED.
All vehicles must go through check in. All vehicles must be parked in their assigned space and moving of your vehicle is not allowed. If you are not in your assigned space you will NOT BE JUDGED.
Participants $45.00 before May 14th, Day of $50.00.
All entries receive a T-Shirt.

Trailer parking location: Ortega Street between State and Chapala
Awards located: State and De la Guerra @ 3:15 pm
All vehicles must be off of State Street by 4:30 pm, but for safety reasons please do not move your vehicle before 4:00 pm.


PARKING
All entries that would like to park together must request to be together. We will do our best to accommodate your request and park your group as close together as possible. You will be assigned a space number and you will be notified of that space and block at check-in on Sunday morning.


JUDGING
If you are pre-registered and parked in the space you are assigned you will be judged. We have multiple judging teams that judge numerous categories. Your judge will place a small round sticker on your headlight after the judging of your vehicle is completed. Remember the vehicle parked next to you might have a different judge, so don’t worry if they did not judge your vehicle.

EVENT CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
All vehicles must go through check in. All vehicles must be parked in their assigned space and moving of your vehicle is not allowed.
Sunday morning show check-in begins at 6:30 am and ends sharply at 8:30 am. Absolutely no entries will be allowed in after 8:30 am.


We understand the unfortunate need to change your vehicle prior to the show, we will be able to accommodate that if the change is made before Thursday, May 17th, no later than 5:00 pm. Any changes after 5:00 pm, on the 17th will be allowed, however they will not be judged. Day of Show entries are based on first come first served.
